Every now and then we feel that our face needs a deep cleansing when the daily cleansing products do not do enough work. There is a homemade facial exfoliation recipe that is both simple and effective!<\/p>\n

It consists of only 3 ingredients<\/strong> that most likely exist in your home. These ingredients are oats<\/a><\/strong> , honey<\/strong> and coconut oil<\/a><\/strong> . (alternatively you can use almond oil<\/a> or olive oil). These ingredients have wonderful healing properties. Oats are full of antioxidants<\/strong> and anti-inflammatory<\/strong> compounds and are known for their soothing<\/strong> properties, including moisturizing<\/strong> dry skin, providing relief from itching, rashes<\/strong> and other minor skin irritations. Honey<\/strong> has natural antibacterial<\/strong> and healing<\/strong> properties that soothe and cleanse the skin. Coconut oil is light and helps hydrate<\/strong> and nourish the skin<\/strong> as well as has a detoxifying effect.<\/p>\n

Put the scrub<\/strong> on our face, do a quick rub to make sure the whole face is covered, leave for 4-5 minutes and then do one last good rub before rinsing. Your face will feel so beautiful that you will want to do it every day. This scrub is especially good during the cold winter months when the skin tends to dry out and become irritated.
