He’s got soothing properties<\/strong> for the central nervous system and respiratory system, are mild diuretic<\/strong> , relieves bloating and dissolves gas in the intestine<\/strong> . Its soothing properties make it suitable for use in cases of melancholy, mild depression, for the relief of tension and headaches. Its flowers offer tea with sedative properties<\/strong> . Lavender tea is effective in cases of exhaustion, hypertension and for the treatment of insomnia<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

Pour a cup of hot water into a tablespoon of dried lavender flowers. Cover and soak for 15 minutes. Then strain and enjoy the tea.<\/p>\n

Lavender has a strong antimicrobial action and is therefore considered ideal for healing small wounds and is very good for “cleansing” the skin in cases of acne and various skin diseases.<\/p>\n
