Flaxseed gold threshed<\/strong> – Some find it easier to digest<\/strong> because the nutrients in the seed are released more easily when broken and the seed size is smaller.<\/p>\n

Gold flaxseed has more polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and less monounsaturated fatty acids than brown flaxseed.<\/strong> It also has higher amounts of the two essential fats that our body is unable to produce: alpha-linolenic acid<\/em><\/strong> (ALA) and linoleic acid<\/strong><\/em> .<\/p>\n

Preparation instructions:<\/strong>
\nSprinkle these broken flax seeds on cereal at breakfast, in muesli, sprinkle the bread before baking, also suitable for sprinkling on cookies and cakes. They can also be mixed directly into smoothies and milkshakes, which are ideal for children. Flaxseeds will also help thicken milkshakes.<\/p>\n

You can also, of course, eat crushed flaxseed directly from the spoon. Either way, broken golden flaxseed is an excellent dietary supplement and is considered a superfood<\/strong> . A typical daily amount is about 1 or 2 teaspoons a day.<\/p>\n
