This honey<\/strong> comes from the nectar of the flowers of the Manuka bush<\/strong> (lat. Leptospermum scoparium<\/em>), which is native to the highlands of New Zealand<\/strong>. Honey obtained from these flowers has very high antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiviral, antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties<\/strong>, with highly effective therapeutic potential, according to recognised research that has been conducted.<\/p>\n

Sonnentor manuka honey<\/strong> shimmers with a thin caramel brown color in its jar. It emits a strong resinous aroma as soon as you open the jar. The taste of this honey surprises with its spicy, slightly acidic notes, which go hand in hand with its sweet caramel hue. Enjoy it alone with the spoon or as a spread. Each honey has antibacterial properties, Sonnentor’s precious Manuka honey comes, however, with high TA rate 25+<\/strong>. TA stands for Total Activity and measures how strong the natural antimicrobial activity of honey is. The higher the TA, the stronger the healing power of honey.<\/p>\n

Way of use:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The recommendation from tradition and observations about this “wonderful” honey is to take 3-4 teaspoons a day for adults<\/strong> and 2-3 teaspoons a day for children<\/strong> . But there is no limit to the dosage.<\/p>\n

It is recommended to take the first teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and not to consume liquid or food after at least 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n
