It is wonderfully tasty and its fine texture produces a tender bread that is richer and less crumbly than that made with other flours.<\/p>\n<p>Also corn flour is excellent for <strong>breading<\/strong> and in combination with wheat flour or white flour in pastries.<\/p>\n<p>Try baking your favorite bread recipes with part or all of them with cornflour. The <strong>texture will be softer<\/strong> and denser, and with slices that will be pleasantly cut.
