    Buckwheat flour can be used to make excellent gluten-free pancakes. Just make a batter using buckwheat flour, egg, milk and a pinch of salt. Leave the dough to stand in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, then pour a small amount into a small lightly greased non-stick pan and fry.<\/p>\n

    You can also use buckwheat flour to make buckwheat pasta, if you know how to make it simply by replacing wheat flour with it.<\/p>\n
