It is suitable for sleep disorders<\/strong> and headaches, especially in the form of rosemary heating pads.<\/p>\n

We can use the herb as an infusion<\/strong> . To prepare it, boil a handful of leaves in half a liter of water and wait until it cools down. the infusion can be used to wash wounds and cuts,<\/strong> to benefit from its antiseptic properties.<\/p>\n

When we drink it as a decoction , it benefits the bile and acts as a diuretic<\/strong> .<\/p>\n
