Carob is rich in vitamins A, B and D, has a high content of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, carbohydrates, protein, magnesium and various minerals.<\/p>\n

Soak the locust bean pods overnight and enjoy them softly in the morning or add them to smoothies. You can also grind them in a blender and add them to recipes instead of sugar.<\/p>\n
