This organic molasses<\/strong> is extracted during the traditional process of sugar cane production, while preserving all the beneficial and nutritious ingredients of cane. One tablespoon of molasses contains 3mg of iron and over 150mg of calcium. It is also rich in copper, magnesium<\/strong> , phosphorus<\/strong> , potassium<\/strong> , vitamin E<\/strong> and B vitamins<\/strong> , especially pantothenic acid<\/strong> and inositol<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

Molasses is a natural source of essential minerals, vitamins and minerals.
\nIt is the natural raw product that remains after the crushing of the cane for the preparation of sugar.
\n1 tablespoon molasses (21g) provides about 168mg of calcium and 3mg of iron.<\/strong>
