Bitter almond essential oil<\/strong> is extracted from the fruits of the Amygdalus communis<\/em> almond tree after crushing. The almond tree comes from the Rosaceae family of plants and its scent is well known and loved by all. Bitter almond essential oil has the ability to disinfect your room<\/strong> and provide a calm atmosphere<\/strong>, which helps to relax<\/strong> and thus fight insomnia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bitter almond essential oil is mainly used in cosmetology in body creams and lotions because it protects the aging body and moisturizes it deeply<\/strong>. It is also known that bitter almond fights bad smell<\/strong> so that it is also used in perfumery and corresponding care products. For complete relaxation you can enjoy a massage with coconut vegetable oil and a few drops of bitter almond oil<\/p>\n

Combines well with the essential oils of coffee<\/strong>, patchouli<\/strong>, sandalwood<\/strong>, vanilla<\/strong> and ylang ylang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Bitter almond essential oil is toxic and should not be applied directly to the skin<\/strong>. Use it to scent your room or to make a disinfectant-deodorant spray for your room<\/strong>. You can spray your curtains, throws, rugs, carpets, fabrics and cushions to disinfect and freshen them. You will need a sprayer, a cup of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1\/3 cup of alcohol, 15 drops of bitter almond essential oil, 15 drops of cinnamon essential oil and 10 drops of orange essential oil. First combine the essential oils with the alcohol and then add all the other ingredients and the air freshener is ready.
    \nATTENTION! Bittergum essential oil should be avoided during pregnancy<\/p>\n

    Never apply essential oils directly to the skin. Proper dilution is critical when using essential oils on the skin (2-3% essential oil to base oil). For 10 ml of base oil (such as almond oil, jojoba oil, argan oil) add 9-12 drops of essential oil<\/strong>. Always test a small amount of the mixture on the skin for any allergic reactions.<\/p>\n
