Citronella essential oil is obtained by distilling the dried leaves of the plant. Its aroma is intense, lemony and woody. The main property of citronella is that it is a powerful insect repellent and for this reason you use it in candles and insect repellent tablets.

Precautions: Always dissolve the essential oils in a base oil that suits your case. Keep in a cool and shady place, away from children. Store in a clean, ventilated area. Do not bring the essential oil into contact with the eyes. Not recommended for how much. Use is not recommended during pregnancy.

Properties

1. We use the essential oil of citronella as a natural protection from mosquitoes and especially from mosquitoes. We can apply it either in a space perfumer or in a coating, after first diluting it in some base oil. In fact, it is used both for you and your dogs. If you apply it to your pets, dilute a few drops in water and spray with a spray bottle.
