Natural zeolite is a porous mineral with crystalline aluminosilicate microporous structures formed by hydrothermal conversion of volcanic lava. Its name comes from the Greek words “Zeo” (boil) and “Stone” (rock) and means “the rock that boils”. It has ion exchange capacity, is rich in silicon, aluminum, potassium and calcium. It is extremely valuable to humans with unique binding properties of metals and organic compounds.

How to use: the recommended daily dose of 5 to 6 grams can be divided into three doses (preferably half an hour before meals). In 200ml of water, mix the amount of zeolite with a plastic spoon and drink it. Do not wait for the zeolite to settle to the bottom of the glass.

It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids during the day 2 liters or more. People receiving some medication should leave two to six hours between taking zeolite and taking the drug. Pregnant and lactating women should consult your doctor before taking its supplement.
