It contains more protein than rice, wheat, millet or corn and is high in amino acids, ie lysine and arginine, where it is insufficient in other cereals. It has no gluten and is safe for people with gluten or celiac allergies.
Does not contain the following allergens: gluten-free cereals, fish and molluscs, eggs, peanuts, milk, including lactose, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfur-based products, superior ingredients.
May contain traces of soy.
