Hemp flour comes from ground hemp seeds. It is rich in fiber and complete in protein , with all the necessary amino acids. It has the highest fiber content of all commercial cereal flours, with over 50% insoluble fiber. High in Omega 3 fats and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese.

It can be used in different mixes with other gluten-containing flours, in different baking and pastry recipes. For best results, mix 25% hemp flour with 75% other flours.
