Carob honey is also known as a traditional medicine for coughs and sore throats. It has a high content of calcium, almost three times more than milk (carob has 350mg per 100gr compared to milk that has 120mg per 100gr). The taste can vary depending on the variety that has been used without changing the nutritional values. For its production we use only Cretan locusts.
Ingredients: locust bean and water.
Storage: store at room temperature in a dry and shady place.
