The Magic Diet Spaghetti of Bioagros are created from organic Konnyaku mixture from the root of the ancient plant Konjac and not containing wheat. The Konnyaku mixture has been consumed in Japan for many centuries. They have a low caloric value (just nine calories per serving 100 grams), are a source of edible fibre and have low glycemic index. They are an alternative food solution as they have no gluten, fat, salt, sodium. They are suitable for people suffering from celiac disease and for people who follow a vegetarian diet, vegans and vegeterians.

Konnyaku mix on its own has a neutral taste, but when added with other ingredients, it absorbs their taste and allows you to have a healthy and tasty meal. Enjoy it with your favorite sauce!

Ingredients: Distilled water, Konnyaku blend (Konjac glucomannan, oat fiber). Organic agriculture product.

Preparation: drain the water in the package, rinse the product with cold water and add the sauce or salad of your choice. Alternatively, boil them or fry them in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes with the desired ingredients.

Suitable for low carbohydrate, low carb and keto diets. Also an ideal alternative for replacing pasta in recipes for diabetics.
