From time immemorial, K-complex vitamins were considered as a single vitamin, referred to as vitamin K. However, vitamin K is actually a group of fat-soluble vitamins, which are essential for the body. Vitamin K2 is available in various forms. In this product it is in the form of MenaQ7: a high purity, stable and well researched vitamin K2 as menakinone-7.

Vitamin K helps normal blood clotting and maintains normal bones – making it the ideal combination with vitamin D for calcium absorption.

Dosage

Consume 1 capsule daily with food.

Each capsule contains 100μg of vitamin K2 and 400iu (10μg) of vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 in this product comes from lichens. Like many Natures Aid products, vitamin K2 capsules have been approved by the Vegan Society – meaning they have not been tested on animals and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
