Gaultheria essential oil is mainly used to relax muscles and tendons and to treat rheumatism . It also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory action.
It comes from the Gaultheria procumbens plant that is endemic to Nepal. Its aroma is warm, deep and is what you need for abrasions and ointments . It gives a feeling of cordiality capable of warming the body and soul.

Way of use:
For all pains:
Apply a few drops to the painful area, always diluting it in vegetable oil (arnica oil or spatula oil if possible) – 2 drops of golferia essential oil for every 10 drops of vegetable oil.
For headaches:
Apply the same solution to the oil. described above. in the temples.
For the liver:
Pour 1 drop in 1 teaspoon of olive oil to dissolve, let it dissolve in the mouth twice a day for 21 days. Take a break for 1 week and start again if necessary.
Other uses
The smell of gold is common in athletes’ locker rooms. This oil is applied before warming up (to warm up the muscles) and after exercise (to reduce lactic acid).
Contraindications
You should always dilute the flower in vegetable oil before applying to the skin. This essential oil should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Also not recommended for children under 7 years of age.
