Bitter almond essential oil is toxic and should not be applied directly to the skin. Use it to scent your room or to make a disinfectant-deodorant spray for your room. You can spray your curtains, throws, rugs, carpets, fabrics and cushions to disinfect and freshen them. You will need a sprayer, a cup of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1/3 cup of alcohol, 15 drops of bitter almond essential oil, 15 drops of cinnamon essential oil and 10 drops of orange essential oil. First combine the essential oils with the alcohol and then add all the other ingredients and the air freshener is ready.
ATTENTION! Bittergum essential oil should be avoided during pregnancy
Never apply essential oils directly to the skin. Proper dilution is critical when using essential oils on the skin (2-3% essential oil to base oil). For 10 ml of base oil (such as almond oil, jojoba oil, argan oil) add 9-12 drops of essential oil. Always test a small amount of the mixture on the skin for any allergic reactions.
Way of use
1. Create a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere at home by adding a few drops to the classic essential oil burner.
2. Bitter almond essential oil and by extension all essential oils should always be dissolved in a vegetable base oil.
