Hemp flour CANNABIO is a 100% natural, organic product of Greek production from Kokkina, Magnesia. Derived from hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L., THC< 0.2%), varieties Fedora 17, harvest 2020. Product of cold pressing of hemp seeds and milling in the Green Farm (Cold Fountain).

Properties: It does not contain gluten and is rich in proteins (containing more than 40%) and insoluble fiber, necessary for the proper functioning of the digestive system. It also contains omega-6 and omega-3 fats in an ideal ratio! It is also one of the few foods that contains omega-6 with GLA, a fatty acid that is considered particularly beneficial to the body. It contains all the essential amino acids that the body needs, including the 9 essential amino acids that our body can not produce on its own, in the desired proportions.

Usage: KannaBio Organic Hemp Flour is a great addition to your breakfast, cooking or pastry, adding the benefit of hemp protein and the excellent fiber content of its seeds. Hemp flour does not swell and therefore can not be used on bread alone. It is recommended to mix with other flours in a ratio of up to 25%. Ideal for cereal bars, pizzas, crepes, rusks, cakes, juices, shakes, etc. It has a dark color and is rougher in texture than wheat flour.
