WHAT IS ARGAN OIL?

THE ADVANTAGES OF ARGAN OIL

The numerous benefits of argan oil are due to the profile of its unique nutrients. It has a high concentration of vitamin E ( three times more than olive oil ), which in combination with polyunsaturated fatty acids nourishes hair and skin cells. Other key ingredients in promoting cell health include antioxidant polyphenols, phytosterols and the squalene they contain.

Argan oil consists of 80% of unsaturated essential fatty acids, such as omega-9 (oleic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid). These fatty acids are essential for the health of cell membranes – keeping the skin supple and firm and hydrated. They are also critical in the formation of prostaglandin, which acts as a natural anti-inflammatory and healing agent.

Argan oil contains 300% more tocopherols (vitamin E) than olive oil , an important antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals . It stimulates cells to produce collagen and elastin . Vitamin E prevents cellular aging due to oxidation, helps nourish cells, reduces inflammation and strengthens capillaries.
