SUGGESTED USE
Start with a small amount: about ¼ teaspoon and gradually increase to 1-2 teaspoons a day. Always listen to your body.
Ashwagandha powder can be mixed with water, juice or milk.
For breakfast: Can be added to a superfood breakfast smoothie or juice.
Before bed: Can be mixed with warm milk. (Why not try milk without dairy products like oats, almonds, rice or soy.)
For body massage: It can be added to a carrier oil and shaken for mixing, and then applied directly to the skin.

Traditionally taken: 1 to 6 grams per day (can be divided during the day)

Way of use:
