The carrot oil comes from a crop of the Apiaceae family.The carrot (Daucus carota) is a globally distributed root vegetable and carrot oil has a slightly sweet, earthy aroma and intense hue due to its high content of orange antioxidant pigments, known as
carotenoids
. It is a natural oil for skin, hair, body and lip care. It isrich in beta-carotene, vitamins A and E and pro-vitamin A. It effectively helps in healing dry, cracked and broken skin, balances skin moisture and improves hair.

Carrot oil is suitable for all skin types, especially for dry or mature aging skin as it helps to remove toxic buildup in the skin. You can also use it on areas that need extra attention, such as elbows and knees. It can be used as a natural sunscreen as it has an SPF between 35-40.
