An elixir to deal with stress with valerian, lavender and mint. Valerian, the most famous hypnotic, anxiolytic and sedative combined with lavender, equally famous for its relaxing and calming properties and for its action against nervousness, headaches, insomnia and stress-induced migraine. Mint complements as it removes negative thoughts, tensions and headaches.
Composition: Hydroalcoholic extract (20 °) 80% (Valerian – Lavender – Mint)
Use 15 to 20 drops in half a glass of water or juice three times a day.
