The glossy green leaves of the medlar are tenderly collected, washed and cleaned. Then we dry them naturally , so that they retain all their aroma.

Of course, we all know the medlar tree, it usually reaches a height of about 5 meters. It is evergreen and its fruit is juicy yellow with a special taste. The leaves are elongated glossy (15-25 cm) with light fluff on the underside.

The leaves are picked green, washed and the underside scraped well. They are then dried and cut so that they can be packed in the doypack package you will buy.
