Sea buckthorn is a wild fruit with one of the highest concentrations of vitamin C found in nature. Its dried berries have a strong aroma reminiscent of citrus and when crushed and ground, they release their oils.

The oils contain plant sterols and the antioxidant vitamin E. The concentrated levels of vitamins, antioxidants and fats found in sea buckthorn make it one of the most important superfoods among foods.
