Althea is used in cosmetics and is widespread for coughs and colds as well as stomach problems as a decoction.

Dried leaves of altogether organically grown for decoction. The herb althaea medicinal ( Althaea officinalis ) is also known as watercress .
It forms white flowers with a light pink hue and its leaves are heart-shaped arranged alternately on the stem. For decoction we use its leaves and flowers while the root is used in various recipes.
The dried leaves and flowers of Althea, which you will get in this product, are useful for the treatment of the following diseases:
- They treat respiratory problems as they relieve or cure bronchial disorders such as bronchitis and irritating cough.
- for diseases of the urinary system.
- Externally it can be used as a poultice in varicose veins and ulcers , in abscesses and dots.
- beneficial properties for the immune system .
- acts as a sedative , emollient and laxative .
Rich in tannins and 1-2% asparagine .
It has 10% vegetable glue
In addition to soothing properties, althaea also has relaxing properties. So if you feel tense or irritated, add althaya leaves or flowers to your bath water, which also soothe irritated skin.
Althaea is also credited with beneficial properties for the immune system, as it helps white blood cells to destroy the germs that invade the body.
