Each package contains 220 grams of mixture, with which you can make 10 large crepes / pancakes (diameter 20 cm).

Method of preparation:

Empty the contents of the box into a bowl and add 3 cups (750 ml) of your favorite vegetable milk. Mix well and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Stir again before putting it on the fire. Spread the mixture in a pan suitable for crepes and cook lightly over medium heat.

Components:

APPLE FLOUR *, OAT FLOUR *, RICE FLOUR *, INULIN * (fibrous agave), psyllium husk powder *, Himalayan salt, LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856).
