Instructions for use: Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve a full 6g tablespoon in a glass of water or juice and drink it immediately. Take between 2 meals 1-2 times a day with plenty of water, preferably in the evening.
Ingredients: Organic Psyllium (Husks)
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten & sesame
Keep in a cool, dark and dry place, away from direct light.
