Hemp seeds CANNABIO is a 100% natural, organic product of Greek production from Kokkina, Magnesia. Whole, unpeeled hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L., THC< 0 .2%), variety Fedora17, crop 2020.

Properties: High nutritional value. They do not contain cannabidiol. Rich in protein and omega fats. Omega fatty acids are known for their role in preventing cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, immune boosting, depression, nervous disorders, brain functions and more. In addition to omega fatty acids, it contains antioxidants, proteins, carotene, phytosterols, phospholipids, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus. It is a rich source of protein and amino acids, including the nine essential amino acids as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D and E.

Use : Enjoy plain or add them to your breakfast or salad. You can lightly roast them and add a little salt or sugar. You can also mash them with water [add a little vanilla] and after filtering enjoy a glass of hemp milk!
